We are very sorry for the issues you faced during the shipping request. Even though you never signed a contract with us we do understand your concern and we take full responsibility for the problems we caused. 
It's extremely hard to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, prices change every day dew to market fluctuation, that's we always indicate this information in all our email that we send prior to ordering process.
