Overall the experience was good. I had given a specific window for the pickup because I was traveling before and after those dates. Due to some miscommunication a driver got in touch with me 2 days before the scheduled pick up. This created a bit of confusion but Eva was quick to solve this problem. On the day of my scheduled pick up, the driver said I shouldn’t have put personal items inside the car even though GetCarrier had told me I could put up to 100lbs worth of personal items. This created a bit of trouble but it was sorted when I agreed to pay $40 over the quote to the driver. The bill of lading specified a certain date and the car was delivered two days after that. But I didn’t have any issues with that so it worked out fine. Eva was very helpful throughout the process.
