Kathy, Thank you for the 5 star review, even though your order was canceled it was a pleasure to work with you. As out contract stats the deposit is not charged until carrier is assigned, once the carrier was assigned I charged your deposit but once your sister called with other plans I was able to get you that deposit refunded immediately... I will NEVER hold a customer hostage through their deposit. Thank you and hopeful I will hear from you in the future. Dave Pein 954-688-9190
