I can't say enough good things about Get It Done Transportation. Dave set us up with a fantastic company to haul our car across the country. From my first phone call with Dave he was honest with me about the process, the price, and the timeline. I never got the run around from Dave or the truck driver. In fact, I had the number for the company that hauled our vehicle and if they didn't answer when I called, I left a message and received a phone call back from them. I spoke to the same person every time I called. This is not a call center operation. The same was true for Get It Done - I always spoke or emailed with Dave.

Dave gave me a timeline for pickup and delivery that was great to begin with. So when we got a call that they could pick up our car a week ahead of schedule we were thrilled. Then, the trucking company got our car to us in less than 5 days (across the country). We picked a location and time and met the truck there (they offered to deliver to our home but our neighborhood is small so we met them just up the road in a parking lot). The drivers were there when they said they would be. Our car was in great shape. I checked with several auto haulers and Dave's price was right in line. I feel like we scored with the price, the customer service, and the timeliness.

I must say that prior to calling Dave I had booked our car's transport with another company. After reading some reviews of that company and of Get It Done, I called and canceled our order with the other company and called Dave. It was a great decision. Dave did everything that he said he would and more. Thanks Dave (and the trucking company that you arranged the transport with)!
