Scheduling your vehicle for shipment is NEVER easy, but Get It Done Transportation could possibly make the process as painless as possible. I have dealt with three long-distance moves through three different auto brokers since 2004, and this was the best experience I've had to date. I would not hesitate to recommend Get It Done to whomever is looking for a reputable transport company.

When you speak with David Pein, he will make it known that he is the business owner of Get It Done and that he will do right by you because his family depends on it...and, for me, he was true to his word. His deposit amount was reasonable, he was quick to confirm a transport company, he was reliable and good at following up, and he was readily available by phone and e-mail throughout the transport process (yes, even AFTER the deposit was taken).

The vehicle did arrive 1.5 days later than expected, but this was a result of the carrier's need to switch drivers mid-transport. When I could not reach the truck driver en route to confirm the delivery time, I called David to express my concern, and he contacted the transport company directly - then he returned my call within five minutes to provide a valid reason, the new driver's phone number, and the updated delivery date.

All-in-all, Get It Done Transportation got it done well, and I give them two thumbs up!
