Transporting 1000 cars a month and being in business since 2008, same number , same location, same name proves we put all our clients first. Every order is booked and the process is always explained very transparently, all orders are scheduled with a 1-2 day picked up window and the driver calls the day before to schedule a time for pick up and does the same for drop off. With the holiday week there was a slight delay, without an opportunity to make it right and explain, the client canceled and wrote 4 bad reviews on 4 different sites, if she found some peace in venting on line i’ll be ok with being her punching bag. I been doing this for 18yrs and you come across a bunch of different personalities and it’s our job to make sure even unpleasable people are pleased. I am sorry it didn’t work out and i’ll be sure your deposit is refunded immediately ! have a blessed day.
