Joe Pein was my contact. The entire experience was easy, even when the vehicle I planned to purchase could not be acquired. I end up purchasing another from an auction, so he just adjusted the price to reflect the shorter distance without any problem. The driver was very respectful and the entire experience from auction lot to my home was uneventful. I selected a covered carrier, and when he says "white glove service", he means it. I was so impressed with the experience, I have already told Joe I will use his service to transport my other classic vehicle to my second home, to arrive after we get there to receive. :)
