The first contact with Joe Pein was positive. He informed of the history of his company, and the web site provided needed information about insurance, drivers, etc. Unlike every other carrier I've used in the past, he was true to his word about not repetitively sending emails, texts, phone calls like all other transport carriers have done (and continue to do despite my telling them that I had booked another carrier) in the past.
The assigned driver was timely, polite and professional, further reflecting Joe's professional approach to his business. I've already recommended Joe dnd Get It Done to a number of friends who transport their vehicles and look forward to working with Joe in the future.
I've found that this is a very invasive industry from the time you make an initial contact with any one of many carriers, but Joe and Get It Done are truly the exception and I'm glad I contacted them.
