Hi Tom Hill, Reading your review is very confusing to me. Your car was picked up the day it was suppose to be 4/22 and delivered in 3 days over 1800 miles damage free at the exact rate you were quoted. The driver was scheduled for a delivery on Saturday and he got delayed and would have delivered your car at night so he stayed over night to deliver the next morning in the day light so we can inspect the car for you. As far as contacting us we offer 24/7 customer service line and my cell is also on the website, I answer calls anytime of day no matter how early or late. I am sorry you weren't totally satisfied. I am at a loss because I believed everything went great until reading this. We do ship over 10.000 cars a year and been in business well over a decade.
