nicole sorry for the delay in the refund of 51.00 that has been done (see below receipt of 51.00 plus 24.00 additional as a credit for the delay on our part) No body was ignoring you I was in Tennessee in the mountains with very spotty/bad reception. Our integrity is everything and we are one of the best auto transportation companies in the nation which is evident on BBB reviews 4.9 stars, Google Reviews 4.4 Stars, and but not limited to 5 Stars on Transport Reviews. Our apologies for the delay. We credited you an extra 24.00 for the delay. Your move was a tough move and its unfortunate we had a hiccup to over shadow the overall good service.
