Ed was very helpful setting up the shipping, explaining pricing, etc. Felt more confident with him than other companies I'd talked to; some of the others who quoted higher claimed that my area in Maine was a very rare pick up area - guys who picked up my car were doing three others that same day. Anyway, everything went smoothly, the pick up right at our house within a couple of days of making the order. Easy! On the other end, delivery was well-coordinated, including advance calls from the driver to give a heads up, and calling to alert when there was a big traffic delay in San Fran due to an accident. Car was in great shape, no worries, no hassle - these guys are very good and fair price.
