terrance, thank you for the feedback. i am glad i was able to get your car picked up and delivered for you damage free. as for your rate we guarantee our rates. your wife called in and asked for a price i told her 420.00 she then told me how another company had been wasting your time and you were under time restraints i then told her ok to get it expedited your looking at 520.00 The driver headed right there and missed the time that copart closed so he loaded it the next morning. Overall I am sorry that you weren’t happy I apologize we will learn from this mistake and move forward.
