Jeff, i am sorry we dropped the ball in getting your son's car loaded in the window you gave us. As you can see from all of our reviews (good or bad) we respond to every client thanking them for the feedback. I can assure you it was not from a lack of effort or anything malicious. The driver we had assigned had a unforeseen mechanical issue and even with that he was still on schedule to make the deadline but the part that came in was the wrong part. I did refund your deposit immediately like you stated in your review and apologized. Although it is a rare occurrence in any type of logistics whether by rail, air, sea or road you run the risk of mechanical delays. As you can see from our 100's of good reviews we have this is an isolated incident and not common. Being family owned we transport close to 10,000 cars a year, have over 1000 positive reviews all over the net and a small amount of negative. We aren't perfect but we do exhaust every effort to make sure each client is happy. thank you for your feedback and once again our apoligies. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
