Very professional. I dealt with Kat and she was very thorough on the process. I told her how it has been a pain to get this car picked up and she assured me her and her company will take care of it no problem as this car did not run it was in the middle of no where and needed an enclosed trailer. Thanks for all the help and making all my expectations come together.
