Sarah, I first want to sincerely apologize and then address your review. I do apologize we dropped the ball. Reading your review I can tell it was written out of pure frustration that we were unable to get your car loaded in the time frame you requested. You stated we charged your deposit before a driver was assigned which isnt the truth. You received all the carrier info that you were assigned too. The driver canceled due to unforeseen delays due to the holiday once he canceled on such short notice it didnt leave us enough time to get your car loaded in the time frame you requested. I did refund your deposit immediately once you canceled and i am sorry once again. We are the furthest thing from dishonest....We have 100's of refrences all across the country of clients that use or have used us. Unhappy clients are rare moving over 10,000 cars a year we have a 98% success rate of happy clients. We worked above and beyond to find a driver for your time frame but the next truck wasnt going to be there til 2-3 days after you needed it loaded. We will continue to always do the best we can to make sure our clients are happy.
