Bret, I first want to apologize you werent 100% satisfied. I am happy to read that 1 loaded the car the car as early as the same day you booked, delivered it damage free at the exact cost you were quoted. Unfortunately in any logistics whether is by air, boat, sea, rail or road you always run the risk of a delay and hard to pin point it to the minute but I am happy to read the carrier did communicate with you as promised.
