This was the first time I used an auto shipping service and I was pleased that I did not have to deal with the problems so many of my acquaintances have had. I felt comfortable with Richard when I heard kids acting up in the background when I first called. That told me that this was a family run operation not some corporate outfit. He was polite and intent on making certain that my job would get done despite the short notice I gave him.
Would definitely contact Get It Done in the future. Yes, the car came in dirty. It traveled in an open carrier for 1200 miles in winter storms! I would have been shocked if it wasn't.
