Kenneth, I am sorry it didnt work out. Communication was there but I take responsibility for the order not being complete. Get it Done does not charge a deposit until a driver is assigned- we did have a carrier assigned unfortunately he had a mechanical issue, which delayed the pick up. Being that your car is a non runner and does not drive- It was a rural route and we had difficulty finding another truck with a winch. Your deposit has been refunded, and again I am sorry it didnt work out. Being family owned and operated we pride ourselves in making each transport a great experience. Transporting close to 800 cars a month with only 1000's of 5 star reviews and 19 negative reviews shows this is a rare occurrence. We have learned from your experience appreciate your feed back.
