DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I chose them a regret it! Can't get them to answer the phone! Heard excuse after excuse for why car wasn't picked up or why he didn't answer call or respond to text. After being strung along for 6 days the car still wasn't picked up. Had to demand a refund. Should have chosen another shipper!!

Hi Amy, I am sorry for the delay, and like you said a refund was submitted immediately. Unfortunately, with the Thanksgiving the driver ran into may delays with customers not being available to pick up or release their cars which caused him to run behind. Your review is misleading, you placed the order 6 days ago and was scheduled to be picked up on Monday, you canceled on Wednesday. the pick up on Monday was delayed so its a 2 day delay- which is still 2 days to much. I am sorry, and I did apologize to you- I tried to explain and you took it as excuses.. We transport OVER 700 cars a month and have 14 complaints in the last 2 years. We work extremely hard to make sure each and every client is happy. This is a rare occurrence and to say dont use this company seems a little harsh and to any potential clients we do have 100's of references upon your request across the country of happy customers willing to share there experience with us to you.
