I went with this company because it was one of the few companies checked by the better business bureau and offered a middle price. It took them a couple weeks to find a driver and he wanted $65 more than the bid. I agreed because my car didn't run so I knew it would be a hassle. Fortunately I had a good driver and everything went as planned. I would use this company again. Just keep in mind that if you have to ship by a certain date and they don't get a bid on your quote, it may take awhile. I would have liked the drivers info before pick up just so I could research him for peace of mind. I did not get his info until he showed up and I was a little worried. That is where you have to trust who the broker picked.

Scott, Thank you for writing a very candid review. Yes, when dealing with inoperable vehicles it can take some time to locate a truck, where as if it is running vehicle pick up is within 24hrs of the requested day. We kept in the loop and the communication was there so I appreciate your understanding and still giving us a 4 star review knowing we did what we had to in order to GET IT DONE.
