All in all, the experience was excellent - response was good and cost reasonable. The only thing I would say, and this is not a negative, is that car was not picked up or dropped off on dates agreed upon. However, we were notified this would be happening.

Driver was extremely personable and knew what he was doing.

For us, this was not an issue as there was no timetable. If you require specific pick up and drop off this should be made very clear upon negotiating your contract.
