Hi Mike, surprising to read this and only receive 2 stars. You booked with us Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving, we were closed for the holiday the following 4 days, so I am not surprised you didn't hear from anyone til Monday. I called you Monday and explained that we were closed and all was well, I also explained when booking with more then one company it only makes it more difficult to get a carrier to accept our rate. Get it Done does GUARANTEES our rates with OVER 1000 5 star reviews we have never had a single complaint of a price change. As for the additional money this was ONLY becuz you double booked like you stated in your review, so the carrier wanted you to match what you were paying for the second company you booked through. You were actually very happy on the phone and understood so this is very surprising to read. I'm not surprised the carrier was so great becuz we ONLY deal with the best carriers in the industry which is why we're rated one of the top 3 brokerages in the industry. Any potential clients we transport close to 800 vehicles a month, have OVER 1000 5 star reviews and 100's of references across the country at your request.
