Hi Kerry Gaines, to read this review is disheartening. As a owner of a family business to know how much effort we put into your particular order, Seriously, disheartening! BUT w/ that being said I do respect your opinion and wish you would have given me the opportunity to make it right. I did not know of this until I read your review, after reading I contacted Mrs. Gaines to personally apologize, and offer to send a gift card for dinner for Mr Gaines and herself on us. You told us the car was lowered and we brought special long ramps to make sure no under carriage or spoilers received any damage while loading at no additional charge. The car was picked up in Alabama and delivered across country to Washington State in 4 days with NO DAMAGE at the exact cost you were quoted. Everything was sent via email as promised! We have OVER 1000 5 star reviews online, and 1000's of references in any state upon request I think it shows how much we care about our clients, just look at he last 5 reviews written in the last 4 days!
