1st time transporting. I must say, I was VERY skeptical at releasing my car to someone I couldn't see and to a business type I had no clue of how it works. I'm glad to say, Kat put all the concerns to rest. My original quote was for information purposes and I was honest and upfront with Kat in telling her I was going to shop around. So the initial order I'd placed with her, would be cancelled. If I couldn't find what I needed I would call back. I was so impressed and how she handled the disappointment of losing business, that after speaking with so many other rough necks in the industry, bashing other carriers and attempting to use scare tactics of trucks not showing up, I wanted to give "get it done my business". That is just what they did, "GOT IT DONE". I am impressed, I rebooked the trip and the truck came out the next day, with ease, inspected the vehicle, loaded it and it arrived safely to it destination about an hour ago. If you are reading this, trust your instinct when selecting an auto carrier. It something doesn't seem right, don't do it, you may regret it. I appreciate the fact that this business if family owned and not to big until good business is not longer realistic. The actual motor carrier was "SS Alliance" and Omar, the driver was professionally phenomenal. I would recommend him to anyone, as he takes great pride in his work and is a great representative of himself & company. All the best going forward to "GET IT DONE"!!!! You guys ROCK!!!
