Great Transaction getting my truck to TN

Overall, this was a great transaction. I had never shipped a vehicle before and received great service and alot of patient information. Get it Done did their job well and I was pleased with my carrier.The driver was a very nice fellow and my truck got her safe and sound. The only problem I had was with my phone number. Somewhere along the line, KEM Transport who actually delivered my truck didn't get the right contact number for me and couldn't get hold of me (they kept getting another ladies Voice Mail that they thought was mine) to let me know they had a breakdown and were waiting for a part. But mostly I needed them to let me know when delivery was going to be as I had to work. I however did get hold of them eventually once i found out they couldnt get through to me and all was resolved satisfactorily. Simple problem easily resolved although I did have a moment of panic thinking they were already at my house when I hadn't gotten a call! (They weren't! They were just trying to set the meet time...but it scared me as I was stuck 30 minutes away at a parade in gridlocked traffic LOL) I highly recommend them and was very satisfied with my experience. The truck did arrive dirty but Its the winter and an open carrier! I expected it to have salt residue coming from up north. Weird thing to be upset about if you choose an open transport.
