                        Hey Mrs and Mr Smith, Thank you for the great review. Yes, I tell all my customers not to wait around for the driver they will call the day before, morning of and two hours prior in your case seems the driver gave a 45 minute notice, which I do apologize for, but overall I am happy to hear it was a great experience and you do recommend our family owned and operated company.
