Once the order is placed an order form is emailed to you and then you hear from us once the vehicle is dispatched to let you know your assigned to the driver, then the driver schedules a call day before, morning of, and two hours prior to pick up. We understand transporting a vehicle can be very stressful and worrisome and that is why we offer a 24 hour customer service line, so any client can call at anytime. Thank you again 954-851-6967
