Bill, Thank u for the GREAT 5 star review about your 1st shipment, its unfortunate it comes only when we are 48hrs behind getting your sons car picked up. We ship nearly 500/600 cars a month, so while your amazed at the reviews that get posted daily it is a very small fraction of the jobs we do. The reason is simple; when things go GREAT people don't usually take the time to write about being that we don't compensate our customers to post reviews, BUT when things get bumpy they will! Proving my statement in your review thats been posted (the 1st great experience didnt receive a review, only until this car getting picked up is delayed). Please keep in mind we do not get paid until the vehicle is picked up, WE CHARGE NO UPFRONT monies, so we have every incentive to get you moving sooner then later so we get paid. Usually cars are picked up within 72hrs of 1st avail. date, your car is on day 4. Thank you for taking the time to write about your 1st and so far your 2nd experience. Dave Pein 954-688-9190
