Hey Chris, Thank you for writing about your awesome experience with us here at GET IT DONE! I apologize for the break down in when the car would be delivered, definitely a miss communication somewhere, I said 3/4 day window for pick up & 5-7 for delivery barring any delays (i.e. weather, traffic, customer delays, auction delays and not limited to mechanical issues).
