I read about the horror stories, spoke with Kat, told her my concerns, and she took care of it. I recommend that you speak to Kat. They picked the car up at the location I specified less than 2 hours after it was first available. It made it to Oklahoma in 3 days, which is way better than I expected.

They are good. I will use them again, and I do recommend them.
