I gave a window of a week for pickup. Vehicle was dirty due to road conditions and no fault of carrier. A little more communication after initial contact would have been appreciated; however, service was excellent. Called prior to pick up and called to arrange drop off. Time between pickup and delivery was very good. Overall a good experience and would certainly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.
