We decided to sell a used vehicle we had to a family member in another state. Given that they live almost 2,000 miles away, the cost of driving it to them made it seem undoable. Then my husband suggested we research using a transport company. Since this was the first time we've ever done needed this, we were way out of our comfrot zone in trying to choose a company that would be trustworthy. After soliciting quotes via the internet, we received information from several companies. Since most of the quotes were within $50-$100 of each other we were still unsure how to decide. So we looked for service reviews and I chose this company because all of their reviews were great. I will be honest, however, and say that we were still skeptical You know the old saying - "If it sounds too good to be true it probabaly is." Well, I am very happy to say that the reviews were all true and more. We were pleasantly surprised by everything from the response time, to the pick-up, to the final delivery. Not only that, this was actually the lowest quote we received and it was definately awesome service. There was full communication and disclosure, immeidate response and VERY timely delivery. The family member at the other end was also very satisifed as the driver actually contacted them from the road with a couple of updates on the delivery time. We will not hesitate to recommend this broker or this tranposrt company (Tres). It was REALLY great to do business with them.
