First, it should be noted this company is a broker so it probably doesnt know everything about every driver it uses. David was an honest guy from the start and while it took a little while to find me a driver, he did get my car to me on time for me to give it to my husband as a present. The driver however, was not as nice and made me very nervous on his trip down saying things were wrong with my vehicle. He also told me I had paid too much for davids broker services. I do not feel that I overpaid as david was delightful every time I talked to him. I just really wish he would build a better relationship with the drivers he chooses so customers like myself dont get insulted. Overall david was wonderful, the driver was mediocre and the car arrived at my mechanic safe and sound.

Hey Jessica, Thank you for taking the time to write on your experience. I really do appreciate your feed back on the driver, I can tell you that I do make sure a driver is 98% rated or better, carry's only premium insurance and have been driving for over 5 yrs as far. As there attitude they dont have a ratings box for this, although I wish they did lol. Unfortunately, some people have this type of attitude and I would like to apologize for him to you. I will definitely follow up with the owner of there and work to correct this issue. I am glad I was able to get your car pick up within 48hrs and delivered with 24hrs to make that deadline you had given me. Thank you again so much, Dave Pein 954-688-9190
