Family owned-operated; no upfront deposit. Owner, David Pein made quick call back to discuss details of transport, and worked around dates for delivery of car. Took about a week to get a carrier (holiday weekend in between), but took time to return my calls and reassure me that he would identify a carrier after holiday weekend. Made sure carrier had a clear inventory of car and contents, reviewed with me on arrival. Price in middle of 5 estimates. Overall, very positive experience - would not hesitate to recommend Get It Done or use them again.
