I was connected to Genesis Exotic Transport recently when needing to have a 2024 Z06 I purchased transported from Northern California to Wisconsin. As a business owner, the customer experience and sense of sincere care is more important to me than why I generally use a service for anything. I was extremely impressed with the proactive communication from both dispatch and Eddie who handled the delivery. Our 4 mile new car arrived in impeccable condition and Eddie clearly understood the value of relating to the customer. I would trust Genesis for any transport need on a high end vehicle that may arise moving forward and will gladly refer them to anyone that I know that requires speciality transport. Customer service is a lost art these days in so many cases. When a dispatcher and driver reach out on a Sunday evening to calibrate on delivery timing, it says a lot about thier sense of customer care. I am highly impressed and highly recommend. Well done Genensis !
