Mr Garcia was very helpful during our stressful time. He stayed on top of our car being transported from Jacksonville to Scottsdale, and let us know what was going on. The car arrived in Scottsdale in good condition, and all items in car were still intact. We appreciate everything he did to calm our nerves. This was the first time we ever had to do anything like this
