Recommend. Garcia has excellent service and a fair price, and NO BS.I was quoted by other companies and they didn't deliver. Garcia's warned me of this, but because I already engaged elsewhere, i gave them a chance and the others turned out to be BS. Garcia's answered my call early in the AM and had a driver scheduled within minutes. He was on time.
