Not paying for damaged delivery

This auto transport company delivered my Lexus on 8/30/11 with severe damage. In delivery time, the manager, Declain, told me that I still need to pay them $550 cash for delivery cost because insurance will pay for the damage separately. They initially asked me damage estimates from 3 auto body shops. When I got 3 estimates and faxed (highest estimate was $9600), their insurance company (progressive insurance) asked me to bring the car for additional estimate. Progressive insurance estimated damage amount to be $5818 and paid $4818 to me except $1000 deductible on 9/8/11. After that, I called G&N Transport numerous times and left messages for a month but they never responded. I was never able to talk to the authority/owner of company nor got $1000 check from them for the insurance deductible. I filed complaint in BBB. They just ignoring me and even their broker (direct express auto transport). I also heard that they changed name to Rapid Auto Carrier but I found that there is no such name in BBB.
