The original order was to move my son's pickup from Lubbock, TX to Medford, OR in conjunction with his move. Due to the destination being fairly remote, we did not readily get a tranpsort assigned to us. The other reason was the high cost of fuel was causing a lot of drivers to drop out. G&L worked with us and recommended we look at opening up our drop off location to a larger city within driving distance of Medford. We did so and within a couple of days G&L called to say they had a transport willing to take our vehicle to Sacramento, CA, a drive of about four hours from us. This call was made by Fred at G&L at 11:00 pm his time on a Friday night. He went out of his way to let us know we had a transport scheduled so we wouldn't be worrying over the weekend. The pickup in Lubbuck took place a day early, which worked well for us and the drop off was on time near Sacramento as planned. I highly recommend using Fred and G&L Enterprise and would do so again if I need a reliable transport service. P.S. The quoted price never changed, no fees were requested up front, and the paperwork required was all done online with no hassles.
