There was a little problem getting our vehicle picked up which was not Fred's fault, but the driver's for not notifying anyone he was running late. Fred helped us to get the truck picked up the next day and took $50.00 off the price for the inconvenience anyway. Aside from the one hickup, Fred was extremely knowledgable, and provided excellent customer service and support. Finding an honest company to work with was almost as bad as finding an honest person to get a home loan!...I would definitely do business with Fred again.
