I contacted GT Auto Transport on July 13,2009 and requested that they transport a car from the Chicagoland area to Louisiana. I spoke with Amy and she was extremely professional, including having very good customer service skills. She called me back soon after and told me that she found a carrier and when I explained to her that I needed the car in Louisiana at a certain date, she quickly said not to worry , she will get back to me to verify everything. On the Tuesday afternoon, July 14th, she reaffirmed that she found a carrier that fits my needs and that the company would call me directly if I agree to use them. I told her yes, I agree. I later received a call from Berthoud Fair Deal Auto's (John) and on Wednesday he came over to pick up the car. John was very courteous and professional as well. He took detailed notes about the car and made sure I agreed with the notes he wrote. The car was delivered in Louisiana on schedule and in great condition. These people are the best in the business and if you need to move a car, use them........they are great!! There are a lot of auto movers out there but if I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely be using Amy and GT Auto Transport......They make what could have been a difficult job a very easy and good experience and I thank them for it.
