I GOT THIS CUSTOMERS ORDER ON THE 5TH OF MAY AND IT DID NOT BECOME AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP UNTIL THE 15TH OF MAY. EVERYTIME THE CUSTOMER CALLED I EITHER CALLED HIM BACK OR I AT LEAST SENT HIM AN E-MAIL WITH THE STATUS OF HIS ORDER. WHEN WE TAKE THE ORDERS FROM THE CUSTOMERS WE ADVISE THAT THE PICK UP TIME ONCE THE VEHICLE IS AVAIALBLE IS 1-7 DAYS TO LOAD IT AND THEN ANOTHER 4-6 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. I UNDERSTAND HIS FRUSTRATION WITH THE MOVE I DONT LIKE ANY OF MY ORDER TO TAKE LONGER THEN QUOTED TO MOVE. THE CUSTOMER DID CANCEL YESTERDAY AND I REFUNDED HIS CARD THE SAME DAY. IF I CANT MOVE A VEHICLE WHICH IS VERY RARE I WILL ALWAYS GIVE THE MONEY BACK IN A TIMELY MANOR. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT SCAM PEOPLE BUT THERE ARE JUST SOME PEOPLE WE CANT SATISFY IN THIS INDUSTRY. I TAKE PRIDE IN MY WORK AND I DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO FACILITATE EVERY TRANSPORT.
