when I first spoke with this customer even before he placed the order I told him that there was a back log of vehicles coming out of FL and that the estimated time would be 1-9 days to schedule the driver. I found a company to pick up the vehicle however on there way down to the pick up location there truck brokedown. Once i found this out from the carrier i e-mailed the customer to let him know the situation and that i was trying to find another carrier to pick up the vehicle but because of the increase in fuel costs it was getting more difficult to confirm a driver. I advised him many times that he could cancel the order and his deposit would be refunded in full, I understand his frustration and i apologized for not being able to facilitate the move, it was not sometime I wanted to happen but unfortunately in this industry sometimes it is uncontrolable. I hope that future customers will understand.... please take a look at all the reviews and you will see that we are a very deticated company and I do everything I can to make my customers happy.
