Caitlin, First I will respond to the problem you have with your ignition system. You need to go to www.nissanclub.com and do a little research before you start blaming others for a common problem that your model vehicle has. There is no way the driver can cause a problem with your ignition system, all he does is start your, drive it onto the trailer and turn it off. then the same to unload. all I did was google ignition problems with your model Nissan, and the firstr thing that came up was the same issue you are having.
Second, your car was picked up on time and delivered on time, not late as you state. From NV to MI is 6-8 days. No one was rude to you, we just told it was not an insurance issue or damage in transport, that you would need to take it to your local dealer and have it checked out.
And as far as the driver making comments to you, you never once mentioned this to us when you called about the problem with your ignition. Not Once!
But now that you have to pay for car repairs, which from everyone of the claims on NissanClub's website, Nissan denies the problem and they had to pay to fix also.
Making false accusations against the driver is not only unfair but immature.
