Our car arrived safely, which was our main concern. It was late for origin pick up as the driver had to be changed. The new driver's transmission went out which caused a 3 day delay in our receipt of the car. The driver kept us informed and was very apologetic. Life happens so no big deal as we had other vehicles at our disposal. Froland was very good to deal with and I was very pleased with their communication and pricing!
