                        Unfortunately this customer wanted to list his vehicle with several companies, we explained to him that he should only list with one company to transport the vehicle and we needed a signed release authorizing us to transport for him, but he never submitted the release so our dispatch dept could not assign a driver. In the end we cancelled his order. All his calls were answered and he was informed of what he needed to do to complete the order.
