Wow, Steve, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience AND for those kind words. I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart! From Day One, I made a decision that this company was going to be the company that worked hard to give Customers the experience that they deserve. The world of logistics can be a bit chaotic and things can go sideways very easily due to all the moving parts in the process, but having a good Shipping Broker is supposed to help mitigate all of that. Sadly today, too many brokers disappear from the Customers or they don't seem to care. Thank you so much for highlighting to the world that we aren't like every other Shipping Broker out there.
