We just had the BEST car shipping experience with Friendly Auto Transport and cannot recommend them enough. I have shipped cars twice in the past with a different company and it was always a stressful process, so I was really nervous about shipping again. I’m so glad I chose to go with Jason and Friendly Auto Transport this time because it was really an easy and stress free process. You always speak to him directly, he responds quickly to texts and phone calls, he’s upfront with the process, and he doesn’t take a dime from you until he finds you a carrier. I called him for an quote and a few hours later he found me a carrier that was even cheaper than his initial quote. He had me scheduled for pick up two days later which is really amazing considering we were shipping the car from a small town. The car showed up a day early in perfect condition. Jason also checked into all the insurance the carrier had beforehand which put me at ease in case there were any problems along the way. Do yourself a favor and give Jason a call if you’re shipping a car! He is truly a unicorn in this business.

I saw early on in my career just how horrible customers were treated in this industry so when I set out to start my own company, Friendly Auto Transport, I did so with the mission to bring customer service back to the customer where it belongs.
