Avoid at all costs. They can't guarantee the quotes they send you and will just keep adding costs to it. They will charge you if the carrier refuses to pick up the goods, even if you've submitted everything correctly to the T. Refunding is another 15% even if they don't hold their end of the bargain. They kept changing the pickup date and pretend everything was ok. Also, their customer service phone number just hangs up on you after a few minutes without being able to speak to anyone.
