I use them all the time. Pricing is good. Customer service is good. I have had a few late arrivals in the past but this is the nature of the beast. It happens. Goods are being transported on public highways that are located in a country that has a tendency to have a lot of bad weather. I have seen other people complain about their drivers/ trucks and delivery times. You do realize that Freight Center is a broker and does not have any control over that aspect of the transaction. If you complain to Freight Center, they will likely take that carrier off of their list if they are unreliable.
